The Munich based broadcast group DELUXE was founded in 2004 and went on air in April 2005 with DELUXE MUSIC, the first music television channel for grown-ups. DELUXE MUSIC can be received throughout Germany and Europe via satellite and cable, via IPTV or worldwide via internet. DELUXE has become Germany’s largest music broadcaster with a total of seven TV channels and two radio programmes. In addition to DELUXE MUSIC, which still can be received free of charge via satellite and cable, the three new music channels DELUXE ROCK, DELUXE SOUL and DELUXE GROOVE have been on air as special interest music programmes since March 2007. These channels are pay programmes and part of the T-Home basic package. And with DELUXE JAZZ, DELUXE KLASSIK and DELUXE LOUNGE three further special interest programmes are just about to go on air and will also be receivable via T-Home.

The Company’s corporate portfolio also includes a record label SASHIMI RECORDS. It published its first CD, the WASABI LOUNGE CD, in spring 2007 and specialises in promoting talented newcomers.

DELUXE ENTERTAINMENT owns further broadcasting licenses in Germany and plans an expansion into German-speaking territories and countries outside of Germany. DELUXE ENTERTAINMENT also accommodates the production division of the DELUXE family which is responsible for the conception and production of exquisite music events. With this further exploitation of the value added chain the DELUXE circle is complete.
